A true power couple, Jeni and Lauren both come from similar backgrounds with similar life experiences that have transitioned them into entering this market. Originally born in WA state, Jeni had the opportunity to also live overseas and travel around the US before being relocated to Oklahoma. She bought her first house at 21 and started investing in real estate approx 2010. She leaned heavily into the construction side renovating anything from fixer uppers, to burn outs, and eventually new construction. It was after building new construction she realized she could do something on a smaller scale and offer ‘real’ affordable housing in an ever increasing housing market. With a forever love of the WA forests, nature and animals, she is excited to offer an alternative for those who love to travel and not have to sacrifice on comfort and design.
Lauren was born and raised in Oklahoma with a strong background in marketing and design. She first entered the real estate industry in 2020 and realized quickly it was an area that she could see improvements in and spent the next several years learning, designing and most importantly building with a very hands on approach. She has a keen eye for making things look ‘elegant’ but on a practical budget to pass the savings onto the future buyer. With a love of horses, hiking, the ocean, tropical flowers and traveling, Lauren embraces the beauty and simple experiences in life she is excited to help others find by decreasing one of life’s biggest expenses and portability.
